Providing Knowledge and strengthening leadership
ISLAA is fully committed to fulfilling its vision, mission and statute, through the development and implementation of innovative initiatives. We know that small countries are territorially limited and they can not spread territorially, but they are not limited to rising. That is why the members of ISLAA bear the moral and collective responsibility to support the activities of the organization in the process of ascension, adhering to the universal principles of solidarity, equality and mutual respect.
ISLAA’s activities are from a wide range of areas, as well as the very idea of the School for Leaders to promote and motivate leadership in every function and in every area in order to guarantee progress. We all model our society, our communities in a certain way. Our personal success depends on ourselves, but also the success of everyone around us, the success of the whole society.

You can expect us to be diligent, to be executive, but also ethically determined each time. In each of our decisions there is a perception of the consequence of that decision and the knowledge we gain we try to stay and be every time in our thoughts, a few steps ahead of others, to think every time from the aspect of the future and to see all the consequences of our decisions that we must make, to be aware of everything that has been passed on to us, that we need to preserve and pass on to future generations.
We are not leaders of the future, we are leaders of the present, because we create the reality that becomes history.
